The United By Faith Against Racism Ministry Team works to educate and resource churches, ministries and the general community on how to engage in conversations on racism in America and the ways of reconciliation, in God’s spirit and guidance so as not to provoke feelings of guilt, shame or blame on any group. They offer action plans to begin to reverse the privilege and discrimination that has damaged whites, immigrants, and all persons of color generation after generation
