The Interim Chaplain/Director (I/C/D) provides companioning and advocacy support to individuals with mental illness and their families, and equips local congregations to develop their mental health ministries. The I/C/D serves as chief administrator of SWMHM, develops and implements programs, and works closely with a volunteer advisory board to raise the funds necessary to support the program. This is a part time (16 hour per week) exempt position. The I/C/D reports to the Associate Director of the Church Council of Greater Seattle. The Interim Chaplin/Director will be eligible to apply for the permanent position.

Rainier Beach Presbyterian Church, a small ethnically diversified urban church, has an immediate opening for a Music Director.  We are a diverse church that blends hymns, global songs and praise songs using classical, jazz, gospel and other styles of music in our worship.  The Music Director coordinates, directs and generally supervises the selections for the choir and special music presentations included in the worship services and special events of the church.
